Meme fest, Real Mother's Day, RUSI May 14
Great spy book read and if you want to know more about Israel's incursions into Syria to protect the Druze... you gotta pay
Happy Sunday,
And as all Mega Orderer’s know Sunday is fun day..
And to all the real football (i.e. NFL) watching, real mothers out there… not those ones who need their mothering celebrated in March… but to those who want a full day just to commemorate their Mom-ness and Mom-osity rather than their Mum-ness… I am wishing you a real Cracking Mothers’ day and I hope these silly memes help make it all the more real..
And just so you know Real Football Watching Moms understand the importance of the NFL Draft and Howard Roseman’s genius and then celebrate V in E day with bunting!
Real moms also laugh at jokes like this:
Well enough on Moms and Mums…
This meme really blows my mind… like it seems obvious spending more on R and D is what helps countries have an outsized roll in tech and exports and pharma
And now me at the Ukrainian action Fund raiser that I went to with my mom!:
The Ukrainian Action Heroes Rehabilitation Program teaches Ukrainian veterans with PTSD to ski and provides psychological support
You can support their work with Ukrainian veterans at:
YOUR MUM WOULD BE PROUD IF YOU DONATED OF THIS I ASSURE YOU.
She would also be proud if you laughed at this parody of neoliberalism
But she would be most proud if you came to our event

REVIEW — Spies, influence operations, leaked documents, and the like seem more able to move the political needle in the mid-21st century. Leaked Signal and WhatsApp messages hold headlines for weeks, while actual laws being passed barely make the front page. Leaking a private conversation using the word ‘deplorables’ or ‘transgender’ can swing an election more than a billion dollars’ worth of advertising. Surreptitious filming of a political figure doing something awkward or hypocritical, that could later be crafted into a humorous TikTok video, can tank an otherwise carefully constructed campaign.

And now for paid members… some great content on the Israeli occupation of southern Syria and the need to challenge the official Israeli pretext of ‘defending the Druze’
